This Light Dry Red blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah is made with fruit sourced from the Payne’s Rise vineyard block planted and tended by our son Brody. Just like Brody, the wine is bright, vibrant and full of youthful energy.

Co-fermented 60/40% syrah/pinot noir. Matured in a mix of new and seasoned French barriques and an older 500L barrel for six months. Vivid crimson, this is bursting with ripe yet fresh aromas of blackcurrants, raspberries, lifted spice and a dusting of dark cocoa powder. Lively and fleshy, this vibrant, medium-bodied and flavourful wine finishes with chewy, persistent tannins. A delicious wine to drink now and over the next three to four years.
