Fresh and crisp with lifted aromas of pear, musk, citrus and floral notes. Partial barrel ferment and ageing in seasoned oak has given the wine a creamy texture with crisp acidity on the finish.

2025 Pinot Gris
91 Points – Lisa Cardelli
A brilliant, surprisingly golden colour for its age. There is a lot going on on the nose aromatically, with quince, Nashi pear, grated ginger, unripe mango, mandarin peel and margarine. The palate is quite textural and tactile, reflecting the warmer vintage, time on skins and partial barrel fermentation, all of which undoubtedly add phenolic grip and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Overall, it is enjoyable, with a faint fairy-floss–like note on the finish, which is broad and expansive.
