Upper Yarra Valley – Light Dry Red ‘LDR’
Loaded with bright red fruit and subtle pepper-spice. Crunchy, vibrant acidity and silky tannins. A drink now, light to medium bodied wine that will suit any Spring and Summer occasion.
The particular blend is 60% Syrah and 40% Pinot. The fruit is a blend from our 15 year old Shiraz vines and a combination of fruit from our 22 year old Pinot block and young Pinot vines.

Co-fermented 60/40% syrah/pinot noir. Matured in a mix of new and seasoned French barriques and an older 500L barrel for six months. Vivid crimson, this is bursting with ripe yet fresh aromas of blackcurrants, raspberries, lifted spice and a dusting of dark cocoa powder. Lively and fleshy, this vibrant, medium-bodied and flavourful wine finishes with chewy, persistent tannins.
