2023 Chardonnay
Estate-grown fruit from Seville in the Upper Yarra. Whole-bunch pressed, barrel fermented and matured in French oak (30% new) for 10 months. Aromas of stone fruits, green apple and lemon sherbet along with a whiff of sea spray. And while the fruit is ripe on the palate, the wine is underpinned by a fine line of acidity that keeps this both structured and focused.
